By accessing the 98pk website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 98pk.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 98pk will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.

Account verification (KYC) may be required at any stage. You may be asked to provide:

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.

• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds unless specified otherwise.

98pk employs active monitoring to detect suspicious account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and its player community.

98pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or association with prohibited third-party activity
• Account inactivity for an extended period (dormant account policy applies)
• Player-requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the account is found clean after review, eligible balances will be returned via the original payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact our support team at any time. Requests for self-exclusion are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
